I decided in early July to finish my basement, so I did some searching around and found OHF Construction. After planning with them and working out the fine details, we started the reno the end of July. I was very pleased with the crews they had working on my home. They were very professional and did the job right. Also were very respectful and curteus when on site. I was very impressed in how fast the basement went from bare concrete to finished. It was completed at the end of August when it had only begun the end of July. All in all I am very pleased with OHF's work.

As a real estate investor who fixes and resells properties, it is important to me that the contractor I use knows how to get me the most bang for my buck. OHF Construction did just that for me on my most recent project - a home that I bought in St. James needing a complete redo.

OHF Construction installed new windows throughout, installed new siding on the entire exterior, rebuilt the front porch and insulated and heated it. Once the exterior work was complete, OHF Construction installed new drywall throughout the home, installed new hardwood flooring, carpet and ceramic tile floor, new kitchen cabinets and counters, new bathroom fixtures and repainted the exterior. However, before this interior work was done, the entry into the bath and one of the bedrooms had to be changed around to make the layout flow better. OHF Construction's work was top notch and they were able to do all this work at a price that left me smiling!

I have used OHF Construction now on 4 projects and have been happy with the results on each. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the "buy fix and sell" game!

In late July I had OHF Construction do a foundation repair on one of my rental properties. This required their crew to dig out an eight foot trench on one side and the rear. They began the dig on some of the hottest days in July. There were no surprises on the job and despite the heat, the team still worked hard and efficiently to get the job done right.

It wasn't long before his team found a great property in River Heights, and I purchased it as a project house. Planning your renovation is very important to be successful in Real Estate Investing. You must have the right team to help you, people with vision, such as architects and designers, Realtors and Financial specialists.
